Easy Baked Corn Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 453 gram package frozen corn kernels (thawed and drained)
- ¾ cup Milk
- 1 egg
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Step 1:Take a casserole dish (2 quarts) and grease well. Preheat the oven to 175° C (350° F).
- Step 2:Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Once everything is well mixed, put the mixture in the already prepared casserole dish.
- Step 3:Put the dish in the oven and don’t cover it. Bake for 1 hour and then serve.
