Instructions
Step 1:Take a bamboo mat and put your seaweed on it. Evenly spread the prepared sushi rice on the seaweed. Use a rice paddle to smooth the layer. Be gentle you don’t want to press it too hard.
Step 2:Now spread layers of salmon, cream cheese, and avocado on the rice. Roll it tightly, then slice it into small rolls with a sharp knife.Serve with soy sauce and enjoy.
