- 1 cup 2 sticks or 227 grams unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup 200 grams granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup 100 grams packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup 60 grams instant coffee powder
- 1/4 cup 60 grams unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon 4.9 grams vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon 2.5 grams kosher salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup 240 ml heavy cream
- 1 cup 240 ml whole milk
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, instant coffee powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the heavy cream and milk until just combined.
