- 6 cups 900 grams cubed stale bread
- 1 cup 237 milliliters milk
- 1/2 cup 118 milliliters heavy cream
- 1/2 cup 100 grams granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup 50 grams packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon 1.25 milliliters ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon 1.25 milliliters ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon 1.25 milliliters salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon 5 milliliters vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine the bread, milk, cream, granulated sugar, brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt. Toss to coat.
