Ingredients
  

  • 3 Large Egg whites Room temperature for better whipping.
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Peppermint extract Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated sugar Fine sugar works best for a smooth texture.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven
    Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  • Whip the Egg Whites
    In a large mixing bowl, add the egg whites. Use an electric hand mixer to beat them on medium speed until soft peaks form
  • Add Sugar Gradually
    Slowly add granulated sugar, one tablespoon at a time, while continuing to beat the mixture. Beat until stiff, glossy peaks form.
  • Mix in Peppermint Extract
    Gently fold in the peppermint extract. Be careful not to deflate the whipped egg white
  • Shape the Cookies
    Using a spoon or piping bag, drop or pipe small dollops of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave space between each for even baking
  • Bake the Cookies
