- 200 g fresh red chili peppers about 7 ounces
- 2 red bell peppers
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 1 cup 240ml white wine vinegar
- 1 cup 240ml water
- 2 tablespoons sugar

Deseed and roughly chop the red bell peppers.
Peel and roughly chop the garlic cloves.
Peel and roughly chop the onion.
Cook Peppers and Onions:
