Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  • Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Serve the chicken with your favorite dipping sauce, such as mint chutney or raita.
