  • 6 cups stale glazed doughnuts about 350 grams, torn into chunks
  • 3 cups milk 720 milliliters
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar 200 grams
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup raisins optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place the torn doughnut pieces into the prepared baking dish.
