- 3 packets 21 grams unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup 240 milliliters cold water, divided
- 1 1/2 cups 300 grams granulated sugar
- 1 cup 240 milliliters light corn syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup 65 grams powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup 65 grams cornstarch
Prepare the Gelatin Mixture:
