  • 2 cups 250g all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 240ml warm water
  • 1/4 cup 60ml olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • Flaky sea salt for sprinkling
  • Fresh rosemary leaves for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Grease a 9x13 inch (23x33cm) baking sheet.
  • Combine dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add wet ingredients: Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the warm water and 1/4 cup olive oil. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Knead and rest: Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  • Shape and dimple: Press the dough into the prepared baking sheet. Use your fingers to make dimples all over the surface of the dough.
