Ingredients
  

  • 12 lasagna noodles
  • 1 24 ounce jar of your favorite marinara sauce
  • 1 15 ounce container ricotta cheese
  • 1 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • ½ cup 60g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups 250g shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven & Cook Noodles: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  • Make the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, egg, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Spread Filling: Spread about ¼ cup of the ricotta cheese mixture evenly over each lasagna noodle.
  • Roll: Starting at one short end, roll up each noodle.
  • Assemble in Dish: Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the lasagna rolls seam-down in the dish.
  • Top & Bake: Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the lasagna rolls. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
