Instructions
 

  • Mixing the Dough In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 ½ cups self-rising flour and ½ teaspoon salt (if using all-purpose flour, add 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder).
  • Add 1 cup Greek yogurt and mix with a spoon or spatula until it starts to come together.
  • Kneading the Dough Lightly flour a clean surface and transfer the dough onto it.
  • Knead for 5-7 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and elastic.
  • If the dough is too sticky, add a little flour; if too dry, add a small amount of yogurt or water.
  • Rolling & Shaping Roll the dough out with a rolling pin or stretch it with your hands to form a pizza shape.
  • Aim for a ¼-inch thickness for a classic crust or thinner for a crispier base.
  • Oven Method:
