- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar 200 g
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar 195 g
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 280 g
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips 510 g
- 1 cup chopped almonds 80 g
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
