  • 1/4 cup 30g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup 60ml maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons 30ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons 15g dark chocolate chips (optional)

  • Blend ingredients: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Process until smooth and creamy.
  • Adjust consistency: If the hummus is too thick, add more almond milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
