- 12 large jalapeno peppers halved lengthwise and seeded
- 8 ounces 225g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup 100g shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup 120g cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/4 cup 60ml green onions, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup 60g panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons 30ml melted butter
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
