Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe avocado about 1 cup mashed or 200g
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder about 15g
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup about 30ml
  • 1/4 cup almond milk about 60ml
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas berries, shredded coconut, chopped nuts

Prepare Ingredients:

  • Peel and pit the ripe avocado. Mash it until smooth, measuring about 1 cup or 200g.
  • Measure out 2 tablespoons (about 15g) of unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Measure out 2 tablespoons (about 30ml) of maple syrup.
  • Measure out 1/4 cup (about 60ml) of almond milk.
  • Gather the vanilla extract, salt, and optional toppings.

Blend Ingredients:

  • In a blender or food processor, combine the mashed avocado, cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If needed, scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients are well incorporated.

Adjust Consistency (if necessary):

  • If the mixture is too thick, add a splash more almond milk and blend again until desired consistency is reached. If it's too thin, add a bit more avocado or cocoa powder.

Serve:
