- 1 teaspoon baking powder 5g
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 2g

- 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, softened (227g)
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup buttermilk 240ml
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 5ml
For the lemon glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar 120g
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice 30ml
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest 5g
