Marinated Chicken with Yogurt

There's a reason why marinated chicken with yogurt reigns supreme in kitchens across the globe. A simple soak in a vibrant, tangy yogurt marinade elevates chicken from ordinary to extraordinary. The magic of this technique, sometimes referred to as yogurt chicken or chicken marinated in yogurt, lies in the yogurt's ability to transform even the humblest cut of poultry into a symphony of flavor and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
