- 1 1/2 lb ground beef 680g
- 1/2 cup finely crushed crackers 50g
- 1/2 cup chopped onion 50g
- 1 egg beaten (50g)
- 1/4 cup milk 60ml
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 15ml
- 1 teaspoon salt 5g
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 2g
- 1/4 cup ketchup 60ml
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
