Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup 40g onion, finely chopped
  • 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup 40g milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup 60g breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, 1/2 can of the cream of mushroom soup, milk, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan. Spread the remaining cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
