- 1/2 cup 40g onion, finely chopped
- 1 10.75 ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup 40g milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup 60g breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, 1/2 can of the cream of mushroom soup, milk, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well with your hands until combined.
