Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 cup 40g onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1/2 cup 60g rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup 60ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, egg, rolled oats, milk, salt, pepper, parsley, and garlic powder. Mix well with your hands until combined.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  • Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
