- 1 lb 450g boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup 240ml buffalo sauce
- 1 cup 240ml chicken broth

- 1/2 cup 60g crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup 60ml ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup 25g chopped green onions

Prepare the Oreo Crust:
Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a plastic bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix in melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23cm) springform pan to form the crust. Place it in the freezer to set while preparing the filling.
Prepare the Ice Cream Filling:
Allow the vanilla ice cream to soften at room temperature until it is easy to work with but not melted.
In a large bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream with chopped Oreo cookies, folding gently until evenly distributed.
Remove the crust from the freezer and spread the ice cream mixture evenly over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Place the pan back in the freezer to set while preparing the whipped cream topping.
Make the Whipped Cream Topping:
In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
Spread the whipped cream evenly over the ice cream layer in the pan.
Serve:
Before serving, remove the cake from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly.
Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan.
Slice the cake and serve chilled. Enjoy your delicious Oreo Ice Cream Cake!
