- 340 grams 12 ounces salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
- Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup 60 grams toasted almonds, chopped
- 1/4 cup 20 grams parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons 30 grams unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
Spread the melted butter over the top of the salmon fillets.
Sprinkle the toasted almonds and parsley over the top of the salmon fillets.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.
Serve immediately.
