- 1/2 cup 113g unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup 250g peanut butter
- 1/2 cup 100g packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup 100g granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon 5ml vanilla extract
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 3/4 teaspoon 3g baking powder
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
